Fasting is a prctice of staying close to the God, attianing a close mental proximity to God.

It is practised during special occasions aush as holy days, new moon days and festivals.

Ways to Fast:

1. Not to eat at all during fasting period.

2. Eat only once.

3. Eat only fruits or restrict themselves to special diet of simple food.

Idea

Every system needs a break and an occasional overhaul to work at its best.

It guide the mind to be poised and at peace.
